Roasted thighs at low temperature will be wonderfully juicy and full of delicious flavors.

chicken thighs 2 pieces 400 g 748 kcal
salt 1/4 tsp 3 g 0,1 kcal
grill seasoning 1 tsp 4 g 6,7 kcal
carrot to taste 200 g 85 kcal

water 40 ml -
  1. Chicken thighs with carrot begins by washing thighs. The bottom of thighs sprinkle with salt and grill seasoning.
  2. Put them in a bowl with seasoned side down and again season the top with salt and grill seasoning.
  3. Cut the carrots into small pieces and sprinkle it on the thighs. Add a few small pieces of butter, pour about 40 ml of water, add a little grill spice grill and cover.
  4. Bake at 160°C, then turn the thighs and bake for another hour at the same temperature. This slow-cooking makes meat wonderfully scented and perfectly juicy.
  5. After this time, turn the thigh and bake at 200°C without a lid until crispy.
