Even if you do not like beer you will love this dish. The authors of this recipe do not drink beer. Sausages in beer, however, they consider to be a real treat.

- Cut the sausages according to the video. Into the resulting pocket put few pieces of onion and a piece of pepperoni. If you do not like spicy, use peppers instead.
- Put sausages in a baking dish and add the rest of onion.
- Then pour dark beer. On the brand of beer almost does not matter.
- Bake slowly. The best result is achieved at 160°C for 60-70 minutes.
Serve with potatoes as a main meal or with bread.
