One of many classic recipes for French potatoes which you do not have to pre-cook.

grounded black pepper 1/3 tsp + 1/4 tsp for egg mixture 2.3 g 0,1 kcal

  1. Peeled potatoes cut into slices or cubes, place in a baking dish and add the onion, sausage and spices according to the list, or video. Mix well and sprinkle with crushed cumin. 
  2. Put a lid on, so it will not dries out and bake it at 180°C for 60 minutes. After this time taste it, if the potatoes are soft, as each oven bakes differently. {colorQ: "red", text: "The stated time is always an approximate information.   3. Meanwhile, prepare egg mixture - mix well 7 eggs, spices and milk. When the potatoes are soft, pour the mixture over.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes and when egg mixture solidifies, it is done. 
  5. Serve with pickled cucumber, or anything you like.

- in a separate bowl beat 7 eggs and add 1/2 tsp of sweet paprika...

- 250ml milk...

- mix well...

- when the potatoes are soft, pour the mixture over and bake for about 30 minutes...

The most important ingredient in this recipe is a sausage. If you use poor quality chicken sausage, the result will not be as good as if you used a good quality sausage.
