  1. Peeled potatoes cut into slices or cubes, place in a baking dish and add the onion, sausage and spices according to the list, or video. Mix well and sprinkle with crushed cumin. 
  2. Put a lid on, so it will not dries out and bake it at 180°C for 60 minutes. The most important ingredient in this recipe is a sausage. If you use poor quality chicken sausage, the result will not be as good as if you used a good quality sausage.
