Roasted thighs at low temperature will be wonderfully juicy and full of delicious flavors.
Ingredients

Directions
- Chicken thighs with carrot begins by washing thighs. The bottom of thighs sprinkle with salt and grill seasoning.
- Put them in a bowl with seasoned side down and again season the top with salt and grill seasoning.
- Cut the carrots into small pieces and sprinkle it on the thighs. Add a few small pieces of butter, pour about 40 ml of water, add a little grill spice grill and cover.
- Bake at 160°C, then turn the thighs and bake for another hour at the same temperature. This slow-cooking makes meat wonderfully scented and perfectly juicy.
- After this time, turn the thigh and bake at 200°C without a lid until crispy.
