Very simple and healthy recipe for crab sticks lovers.

crab sticks as needed 125 g 132,3 kcal
sour cream 3 tbsp 60 g 59,6 kcal
mayonnaise 2 tbsp 40 g 271,3 kcal
granulated sugar 1/2 tsp 6 g 24,1 kcal
salt 1/8 tsp 1.5 g 0,1 kcal
grounded black pepper 1/8 tsp 0.5 g 0 kcal
lemon juice 1 tbsp 7 ml 5,5 kcal
  1. Crab spread begins by grating crab sticks. It is better if you leave them in a freezer for a few minutes before you start to work with them.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
  3. Stir carefully, season with salt if necessary.
  4. Serve on a crispy bread as snacks or sandwiches.
