An excellent recipe for a quick meal that likes almost everyone.

Directions
- Saute onion on sunflower or olive oil at 120° C. Then add the paprika, cumin and pepper.
- Saute everything less than a minute and add the canned peeled tomatoes. Simmer 3 - 5 minutes at very low heat and stir frequently.
- Add the tarragon vinegar, salt, sugar and beans with brine. Cook everything and mix well. You can stew a bit, but this is not necessary because the beans are already soft in the can.
- In a pan with a little oil fry the sausages at low temperature - about 120° C. Then put on absorbent tissues, to drain excess fat.
- Stir sausage into beans and you've done.
- If you like hot add a little chilli.
Serve with crusty bread or pastries.
Choose beans very carefully, some of them are very expensive, but the taste is almost the same.
