  1. Put peas into a pot.

  4. When the peas is soft, strain it, but put back a bit of strained water - about 1-2 shots and mix everything with a blender. 
  5. Season with salt to taste, add a little pepper, 1/2 teaspoon marjoram and crushed garlic. 
  6. Stir everything and serve. 
  7. You can decorate with fried onions.
