Directions
- Cut and prepare all the ingredients.
- Grease the baking bowl with oil and lay all the ingredients evenly. Each layer sprinkle with grill seasoning. If the seasoning does not contain salt, season also with salt. When the baking dish is full, drizzle with a little oil, but if you have enough cream this is not necessary. Pour the cream and bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 200°C.
- After an hour, sprinkle with grated cheese and let bake for 30 minutes.
- Do not pound the pork anyhow and after 90 minutes the meat is tender and the taste is excellent. If not, add another 30 minutes.
