  1. Cabbage rolls with minced meat begins by up to a liter of boiling water put 1/2 teaspoon salt and 50 g of rinsed rice. Cook until tender.
  2. Into a bowl put 500 g minced meat, add 1 finely chopped onion, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 2/3 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 egg, cooked rice and mix everything.
  3. Add 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and stir.
  4. Separate the cabbage leaves.
  5. Into a liter of boiling water put 1/2 teaspoon salt, add cabbage leaves and cook it until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Then let them cool and cut off the hard parts from the middle of leaves.
  6. From meat shape small balls and wrap them into softened cabbage leaves.
  7. Place rolls in a baking dish close together, sprinkle with the crushed or ground cumin and paprika.
  8. On top lay thin slices of butter that soften rolls.
  9. Sprinkle with 1 small chopped onion and pour a little water. Bake covered in the oven at 180°C for an hour.
  10. Take the rolls out of the oven, pour over with drippings, and bake uncovered at the same temperature until the surface is nicely golden.

- bake in the oven at 180°C for an hour...

- take the rolls out of the oven...
