  1. Peeled potatoes cut into slices or cubes, place in a baking dish and add the onion, sausage and spices according to the list, or video. Mix well and sprinkle with crushed cumin. 
  2. Put a lid on, so it will not dries out and bake it at 180°C for 60 minutes.   3. Meanwhile, prepare egg mixture - mix well 7 eggs, spices and milk. When the potatoes are soft, pour the mixture over.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes and when egg mixture solidifies, it is done. 
  5. Serve with pickled cucumber, or anything you like.

- 250ml milk...

- mix well...

- when the potatoes are soft, pour the mixture over and bake for about 30 minutes...

The most important ingredient in this recipe is a sausage. If you use poor quality chicken sausage, the result will not be as good as if you used a good quality sausage.
