  1. Beef with carrots is the best cooked in a pressure cooker. The dish is done quickly and you'll save a lot of energy.
  2. Put oil in the pressure cooker and fry beef chopped into smaller pieces. Stir every 30 seconds so the meat won´t burn. 
  3. Add a flat teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin and pour 250 ml of water.

  5. Cook it for 10 minutes, turn it off and then another 10 minutes leave the pot on the cooker with a lid on. And finally, the beef with carrots is ready and can be served.
If you select a low fat meat, the food is well balanced and diet. Further you can reduce the amount of fat when fryinf the meat on a quality pan, which needs only a very small amount of oil, or almost none.
