Directions
- Beef with carrots is the best cooked in a pressure cooker. The dish is done quickly and you'll save a lot of energy.
- Put oil in the pressure cooker and fry beef chopped into smaller pieces. Stir every 30 seconds so the meat won´t burn.
- Add a flat teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin and pour 250 ml of water.
- Cook for 30 minutes

If you're not sure, then use less salt, we can always add some more. Next, add a flat tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of pepper, a tablespoon of butter to soften food and 250 ml of water. - Cook it for 10 minutes, turn it off and then another 10 minutes leave the pot on the cooker with a lid on. And finally, the beef with carrots is ready and can be served.
