Fast and very tasty salad with a few ingredients and lot of vitamins. Treat yourself with it instead of chips or crisps while watching TV.

Directions
- In a bowl put chopped Chinese cabbage along with all the other ingredients, add the spices, oil with vinegar and mix. Follow the rule - the harder the ingredient is the smaller pieces you cut.
- Allow at least 30 minutes to rest and then taste. If needed, season to taste.
- Serve the salad chilled.
