Excellent, very quick and healthy salad that will handle everybody.
Ingredients
| cabbage white | as needed | 600 g | 156,2 kcal |
| carrot | 120 g | 51 kcal | |
| onion | 1 small | 60 g | 24,7 kcal |
| sour cream | 3 tbsp | 60 g | 59,6 kcal |
| salt | 1/4 tsp | 3 g | 0,1 kcal |
| granulated sugar | 1 level tbsp | 10 g | 40,1 kcal |
| lemon juice | 1 tbsp | 7 ml | 5,5 kcal |
| mayonnaise | 2 tbsp | 40 g | 271,3 kcal |
Directions
- Coleslaw Salad begins by grating 600g of white cabbage into thin strips.
- Add 120 g carrot, finely chopped small onion, 1/4 teaspoon salt, level tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of lemon juice and mix well.
- Depending on your taste, add about 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, stir and let it rest.
- After about an hour taste it.
- Coleslaw salad serve chilled.
