Excellent, healthy, cheap and very simple salad which you have ready in a few seconds.

- Cabbage salad with apples starts grating cabbage into small pieces. Also grate the peeled apples into smaller pieces. Use same weight of cabbage and apples.
- Put everything in a bowl and add 1 tsp sugar, 1/6 tsp salt, 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and mix everything.
- Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and stir. Then, to taste, add more lemon juice and salt, but usually this is not necessary.
Salad should be served chilled with meals or as a snack with bread or pastries.
