Delicious food with broccoli even for vegetarians, if they omit meat. It is very simple and delicious dish.

pasta any shape 400 g 1487,5 kcal
chicken thighs about 3 pieces 400 g 748 kcal
sunflower oil 4 tbsp 28 ml 232,4 kcal
worcester sauce 2 tbsp 20 ml 1,5 kcal
soy sauce 2 tbsp 20 ml 11 kcal
Chinese seasoning 2 tbsp 20 g 1 kcal
lemon juice asi 2 tbsp (1/2 lemon) 20 ml 15,6 kcal
spring onion 2 pieces with leaves 100 g 33,4 kcal
broccoli 200-400g to taste 200 g 65,9 kcal
whole milk use semi-skimmed milk if you are on diet 300 ml 184,9 kcal
Eidam cheese or any similar 100 g 342,5 kcal
cream cheese spread any 100 g 336,3 kcal
cake flour 1 tbsp 10 g 35,8 kcal
garlic 2 cloves 10 g 11 kcal
basil 1 tbsp (dried or frozen) 2 g 4,8 kcal
parsley leaves 1 tsp to garnish 1 g 0,1 kcal
  1. Chop the meat into pieces, add seasoning with oil as you see on the video and let it rest for about an hour.
  2. Fry the meat with the marinade and stir occasionally. When it is ready place it to the bowl with the cooked pasta and let the remaining oil in a pan. 
  3. On it lightly fry the onion, add it into a bowl with meat and pasta and mix everything.
  4. In a pot pour 300 ml of whole milk and heat up slightly - at about 90°C, add flour, cheese, basil and stir until everything dissolves. Then further, stir, cook for about 3 minutes and it is done. 
  5. If you have lumps in the sauce, spill over through a sieve.

- to the chicken meat add 2 tbsp soy sauce...

- 2 tbso maggi sauce...

- 2 tbsp worcester sauce...

- juice of half a lemon...

- 1 tsp Chinese seasoning...

- pour over with about 4 tbsp oil...

- and let it rest for about an hour...

- meanwhile cook pasta according to the instructions on a packet...

- on a hot frying pan fry the meat with the marinade until the marinade evaporates... stir after every minute...

- then place the meat to the bowl with the cooked pasta and stir...

- on the remaining oil in a pan fry spring onion together with its green parts...

- add it to the bowl with pasta...

- in a salt water cook broccoli for about 5 minutes and add it to pasta... 

- to 300 ml of whole milk add heaping tbsp flour, 100g Eidam and 100g cream cheese...

- add 2 cloves of garlic...

- a tsp of basil and cook at low temperature for about 3 minutes...

- on a plate pour pasta with sauce...

- you can garnish with parsley...

If you leave the meat in the marinade for several hours to rest, the taste will be much softer. After 12-24 hours in the marinade, it will be a real delicacy. Vegetarians can omit the meat, even though it's a delicious and light dish.
