In this recipe you will be surprised twice: first when you mix it and the second time when you taste it - there is no a simpler gingerbread than this one
|all purpose flour||400g + to sprinkle the tray||405 g||1385,1 kcal|
|crystal sugar||200 g||802,5 kcal|
|semi-skimmed milk||any||250 ml||113,4 kcal|
|sunflower oil||or rape oil||100 ml||829,9 kcal|
|egg||1 piece||60 g||79,8 kcal|
|gingerbread baking powder||1 packet||20 g||4,8 kcal|
|cocoa||1 tbsp||10 g||44,5 kcal|
- In a bowl put sifted flour with gingerbread baking powder and cocoa, add sugar, milk, oil and mix.
- Pour the dough into pre-greased and flour sprinkled deeper baking tray.
- Bake it for about 45 minutes in a moderately hot oven.
When it cools, cut it horizontally and can spread with nutella, jam or marmalade.
