  1. Put peas into a pot.
  2. Pour a liter of water and let soak for about 3 hours. This saves a lot of energy for cooking. 
  3. Then turn on the stove and add the cube of bouillon. Vegetarians can use only salt.
  4. When the peas is soft, strain it, but put back a bit of strained water - about 1-2 shots and mix everything with a blender. 
  5. Season with salt to taste, add a little pepper, 1/2 teaspoon marjoram and crushed garlic. 
  6. Stir everything and serve. 
  7. You can decorate with fried onions.
