Videorecept for the classic fast sponge cake without any knowledge about cooking.
Ingredients
egg | 4 pieces | 240 g | 319,1 kcal |
crystal sugar | 200 g | 802,5 kcal | |
all purpose flour | + for sprinkling the baking mold | 280 g | 957,6 kcal |
sunflower oil | for greasing the baking mold | 5 ml | 41,5 kcal |
water | 9 - 10 tbsp | 80 ml | - |
Directions
- Split the egg whites and yolks separately in 2 bowls.
- Whip well the egg whites to be really tough. If you hold the bowl up side down, the whites should stay where it is.
- In a second bowl, whisk the egg yolks and gradually stir in 200g sugar.
- To the whisked yolks, stir in 80 ml of lukewarm water with a maximum temperature of 45°C!!
- Furthermore, successively stir in flour and whipped snow. In this part of the recipe work slowly and use only spoon to mix.
- Grease the baking mold with oil and sprinkle with the flour. If using silicone mold, flour can be omitted.
- Pour the dough into mold and at 180°C bake for 10-20 minutes. After 10 minutes, prick the dough with a coctail stick, and if the dough does not stick to it, cake is done. - 280g flour...
- wait until it is all mixed well...
- the density of dough should look like this...
- add whipped snow...
- carefully stir in...
- 5 drops of oil spread all over the baking mold... (if you do not have a silicone mold then sprinkle the baking mold with some flour)
- pour the dough into mold...
- spread it evenly...
- bake it at 180°C for 10-20 minutes... (each oven bakes differently)
- check the cake with a coctail stick - if the dough does not stick to it, cake is done...
- after partial cooling remove the mold...
- decorate it as you like...
