In this recipe you will be surprised twice: first when you mix it and the second time when you taste it - there is no a simpler gingerbread than this one
Ingredients
| all purpose flour | 400g + to sprinkle the tray | 405 g | 1385,1 kcal |
| crystal sugar | 200 g | 802,5 kcal | |
| semi-skimmed milk | any | 250 ml | 113,4 kcal |
| sunflower oil | or rape oil | 100 ml | 829,9 kcal |
| egg | 1 piece | 60 g | 79,8 kcal |
| gingerbread baking powder | 1 packet | 20 g | 4,8 kcal |
| cocoa | 1 tbsp | 10 g | 44,5 kcal |
Directions
- In a bowl put sifted flour with gingerbread baking powder and cocoa, add sugar, milk, oil and mix.
- Pour the dough into pre-greased and flour sprinkled deeper baking tray.
- Bake it for about 45 minutes in a moderately hot oven.
When it cools, cut it horizontally and can spread with nutella, jam or marmalade.
