crumbs 1 tbsp - or crushed biscuits 12 g 44,7 kcal
walnuts or hazelnuts - 1-2 tbsp 15 g 100 kcal
cake flour for sprinkling a tray 5 g 17,9 kcal
  1. Grate the apples coarsely and add sugar, cinnamon and mix well. If you want you can also add raisins.
  2. According to our video roll out two doughs with thickness of about 3 mm.
  3. On a rolled dough first sprinkle breadcrumbs or crushed biscuits. Next, add half of the apple mixture and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  4. Carefully wrap. Places where the dough stick together, moisten with water - for better sticking.
  5. Rolled strudel moistened with water, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
  6. Finally, you can sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with whipped cream.

It is a soup called "phở bò chín", of which the recipe can be fond HERE.  | Tip 8: This soup costs in various restaurants from 79 up to 259 crowns. At this price the average family eats this soup at home 3 times. Do not underestimate the soup because is full of vitamins and minerals. | Tip 9: If you find this soup too fatty, then let the broth cool completely and the second day pick up all fat with a spoon, and then you have a great and healthy diet soup. | Tip 10: When you eat this soup as a main meal, ask yourself a question: Why Vietnamese and Chinese are not fat ... ?
