  1. Fish burgers with broccoli start with cooking 500 g of potatoes in their skins until tender. Then let it cool and remove the skin. The skin removes best when the potatoes are still a little warm.
  2. Cook 500 g broccoli until tender. This takes only few minutes, depending on how big it is. Large pieces of broccoli cut in half. After cooking let it cool, and cut into smaller pieces.
  3. In he pan pour 3 tablespoons of oil in and fry two large onions until it gold.
  4. In a bowl put chopped broccoli, coarsely grated or chopped potatoes, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper, 3 tablespoons parsley, 1 teaspoon marjoram, the cooled onions from the pan and mix everything with a hand blender.
  5. Add fish, fresh or frozen. You can use the meat of all kinds of fish, or from the fisherman who just give it to you, or simply buy meat in the store. Grind the meat in a grinder so that there is no bones in it. You can also double the amount of fish, it is totally up to you.
  6. Now you have to thicken the mixture. Use the fresh bread crumbs, not the one you have at home kept in warm for several weeks {text:"Bread crumbs, to a certain extent determines the taste of the food. Never use old breadcrumbs that were kept in warm for several. "}. Add 10 tablespoons of bread crumbs and stir well. If the mixture is too sticky, add a few tablespoons more. In this recipe we have used 16 tablespoons of bread crumbs . The exact amount can not be estimated because of the different fluid content.
  7. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  8. According to the video attached shape burgers to a size that you prefere.
  9. Fry on lower layer of oil until golden brown. Leave them on absorbent wipes for a few seconds and then serve with potatoes, mashed potatoes or anything you like. 
When you get a fish from fishermen, the meal will be almost for free.
Fish fingers can be easily freezed. Put them in the freezer with a cutting board, and after an hour move them into a large plastic bag. However, if you are going to freeze the fish fingers, do not use frozen meat.
