  1. Fish burgers with broccoli start with cooking 500 g of potatoes in their skins until tender. Then let it cool and remove the skin. The skin removes best when the potatoes are still a little warm.
  2. Cook 500 g broccoli until tender. This takes only few minutes, depending on how big it is. Large pieces of broccoli cut in half. After cooking let it cool, and cut into smaller pieces.
  3. In he pan pour 3 tablespoons of oil in and fry two large onions until it gold.
  4. In a bowl put chopped broccoli, coarsely grated or chopped potatoes, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper, 3 tablespoons parsley, 1 teaspoon marjoram, the cooled onions from the pan and mix everything with a hand blender.

  6. Now you have to thicken the mixture. Never use old breadcrumbs that were kept in warm for several. "}. Add 10 tablespoons of bread crumbs and stir well. If the mixture is too sticky, add a few tablespoons more.   7. Add salt to taste and mix well.
